excellent comfort many options nautical theme
My room offered excellent comfort. Breakfast provided many options.. The staff managed my airport transport effectively, they were punctual. The nautical themed decor really enhanced the experience.
The hair dryer location was not immediately obvious. I found it only when packing.

I liked the proximity to the V&A Waterfront. The room exceeded my expectations. I extended my stay to enjoy it more! I appreciated the breakfast (the eggs were cooked perfectly).
The laundry service was a bit expensive for my liking.

quick arrangement birthday recognition delicious cake
i was shown to my room relatively quickly! the reception lady noticed my birthday. she kindly arranged for my room to have views toward the v&a waterfront. the room even featured decorations and a cake, it was so adorable. it was absolute heaven
i think the laundry service could benefit from a review. the cost felt a little excessive for the number of items i sent. i paid $127 for only 11 items which surprised me.

The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. breakfast had amazing food and the service was good, i found the food quality to be especially excellent. i would definitely stay here again. The proximity to the waterfront made it a perfect base for exploring.
the decor in the rooms felt slightly dated, it could benefit from some updating.
